1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ghost Lab's website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. Services

Ghost Lab provides custom printing and design services, including but not limited to:

  • Custom vinyl stickers and decals

  • Specialty stickers (holographic, glitter, clear, matte, gloss, etc.)

  • Vinyl transfer decals

  • Design services

  • Digital proofing

  • Other custom printed products

Because all products are made specifically for each customer, every order is considered a custom order.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Ordering

  • Orders must be placed through our website unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Prices are based on the specifications selected, including size, quantity, material, and finishing options.

  • Custom quotes may be provided for specialty or large-volume orders.

  • Full payment is required before production begins.

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Shipping charges are calculated separately unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Promotional pricing and discounts may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

4. Design Requirements & Proof Approval

File Requirements

For the best print quality, we recommend:

  • Minimum resolution of 300 DPI

  • Accepted file formats: PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, EPS, and SVG

  • Vector artwork whenever possible

  • CMYK color mode preferred (RGB files will be converted as necessary)

Ghost Lab is not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution artwork or customer-supplied files.

Proof Approval

Most custom orders include a digital proof before production begins.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing every proof before approval.

Please verify:

  • Spelling and grammar

  • Names

  • Dates

  • Phone numbers

  • Websites

  • Social media handles

  • Artwork

  • Layout

  • Colors

  • Dimensions

  • Overall design

Approval of a proof constitutes final authorization for production.

Once a proof has been approved, Ghost Lab is not responsible for errors contained within the approved proof, including but not limited to:

  • Spelling or grammatical errors

  • Incorrect names or contact information

  • Customer-provided artwork

  • Sizing or layout choices

  • Design preferences

Requests for changes after proof approval may incur additional artwork or setup fees and may delay production.

Once production has begun, changes cannot be made.

If Ghost Lab manufactures products that differ from the approved proof due to our error, we will remake or replace the affected items at no additional cost.

Print Variations

Due to the nature of commercial printing, slight variations in color, trimming, alignment, sizing, material texture, and print placement may occur.

Additionally, colors displayed on computer monitors, phones, and tablets may vary from the final printed product due to differences in screen calibration.

These minor variations are considered normal and do not qualify as defects or grounds for refunds or reprints.

5. Production & Shipping

Production Times

  • Standard production typically requires 5–7 business days after proof approval.

  • Rush production may be available for an additional fee.

  • Large or complex orders may require additional production time.

  • Production estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping

  • Shipping options are provided during checkout.

  • Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

Ghost Lab is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through industry-standard payment processors.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • Shop Pay

  • Other payment methods displayed at checkout

Orders with declined or failed payments may be cancelled.

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Customer Content

Customers retain ownership of the artwork and content they submit.

By submitting artwork, customers grant Ghost Lab permission to reproduce, modify as necessary for production, and manufacture the requested products.

Customers represent and warrant that they own or have permission to use all submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, and other intellectual property.

Ghost Lab is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-submitted artwork.

Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise requested in writing before production begins, Ghost Lab reserves the right to photograph or display completed work for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, and portfolio.

Prohibited Content

Ghost Lab reserves the right to refuse any order containing:

  • Copyrighted content without authorization

  • Trademarked logos without permission

  • Illegal or unlawful content

  • Hate speech or discriminatory content

  • Pornographic or explicit material

  • Content that violates another person's intellectual property rights

8. Product Quality

Ghost Lab takes pride in producing high-quality products.

If a manufacturing defect or production error occurs, we will work with you to correct the issue.

Because printed products are custom manufactured, slight variations in color, trimming, alignment, or material characteristics are considered normal and are not defects.

9. Return & Refund Policy

Because every product is custom-made, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Customers have 30 days from delivery to contact Ghost Lab regarding any issues.

We Will Correct

We will gladly work with you if your order has:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Printing errors caused by Ghost Lab

  • Shipping damage

  • Incorrect items shipped

Depending on the situation, Ghost Lab may:

  • Reprint the order

  • Replace the product

  • Issue a refund

  • Issue store credit

at our sole discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot offer refunds or returns for:

  • Customer-approved artwork or proofs

  • Customer spelling or grammar errors

  • Incorrect addresses supplied during checkout

  • Customer design choices

  • Color differences caused by screen calibration

  • Used or installed products

If a package cannot be delivered because an incorrect shipping address was provided, Ghost Lab cannot issue a refund. We are happy to reship your order once the correct address is provided. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging when possible, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ghost Lab's maximum liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that order.

Ghost Lab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or lost opportunities arising from the use of our products or services.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

12. Changes to These Terms

Ghost Lab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this website.

Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Ghost Lab's services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
