Refund policy

At Ghost Lab, every order is custom-made specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of some of our products, returns and refunds are handled differently than standard retail purchases.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to contact us regarding any issues with your purchase.

Since our products are custom-made, returns and refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

When We'll Make It Right

If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we'll gladly work with you to resolve it:

  • Printing or manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect item received
  • Damage during shipping
  • Mistakes caused by us during production

Depending on the situation, we may replace the item, remake your order, or issue a refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Because every item is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Customer-approved artwork or proofs containing spelling, sizing, or design errors
  • Incorrect information provided during checkout (including shipping addresses)
  • Color variations caused by differences in monitor or screen settings
  • Custom products that have been used, installed, or altered

If a package cannot be delivered because an incorrect shipping address was provided, we are unable to issue a refund. We are happy to reship your order once the correct address is provided, but additional production and shipping charges may apply.

Return Eligibility

If we approve a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition it was received
  • Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible
  • Include your order number or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To request a return, simply contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may be requested to help us evaluate your claim.

If your return is approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label (when applicable) along with instructions for returning your item.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
